Yes, if the items has not been shipped yet, other wise the customer will need to go through the steps of a return.

Are there any costs for cancelling an order?

Yes, 5% of the total value of the order.

Does this store offer refunds?

Yes, if the item has not been used or worn.

Who pays for the returned shipping costs?

The Customer does.

How much time does the customer have to make a return?

20 days from the date of the postage receipt.

What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return?

  1. The customer needs to inform the shop by email (info@yoga-challenge.co.uk) specifying the nature of the problem, the exact name and address and the Order tracking number
  2. We will send you a confirmation to post the item back
  3. Once we receive the item we'll start to process the refund

How long does it take to process a refund?

Up to 30 days once we have received the item back.
